Diane Hutchings, RN, COO

Diane Hutchings, RN, joined St. Michael’s Elite Hospital early in 2021, overseeing CMS Compliance, Operations, and Care Management. Her number one mission is to provide the Highest Quality Patient Care with a concierge approach.

Diane has over 30 years of experience in healthcare in the Greater Houston area. Previously, Diane has served as VP of Care Management with Village Medical, overseeing compliance and high-quality healthcare. Excelled in leading change management. Prior to Village Medical, Diane served for over 12 years with Memorial Hermann Healthcare System. Diane was Director of Care Management with expertise in CMS Compliance. Managing day-to-day operations, partnering with physicians, care management, social work, the business office, radiology, home health, and nursing. 

Diane was recognized with a Prestigious Award from Memorial Hermann Healthcare System as Healthcare Leader of the Year in 2019. Diane earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Houston Baptist University and her Master’s from the University of Texas. Diane and her husband Wayne have 2 children and 3 grandchildren. Our family is very close. Diane loves decorating, Real Estate, caring for her grandchildren, traveling the world, and a good non-fiction book.
